Sing for Life 2026, supporting Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice *
We want YOU… to perform in a fantastic live event supporting Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice!
Launching in September 2026, Sing for Life will sign up around forty local women to take part in a ten-week pop-up singing project, working towards a fantastic live performance at The Cresset in November.
You’ll learn to sing, meet new people, challenge yourself, perform live on stage AND raise money for this much-loved and very important local charity - last year’s project alone raised over £10,000.
What’s not to like?
Absolutely no previous singing experience is necessary, just a willingness to step outside your comfort zone, get stuck in and give it a go… it’s all about the journey, and we promise we’ll have you singing - and loving it - in no time!
The project kicks off with introduction sessions at the John Mansfield Campus, PE1 4HX on Thursday 3rd September (7-9pm), Friday 4th September (7-9pm) or Saturday 5th September (2-4pm) when you can meet the team and some of the other women who’ll be taking part.
Don’t worry, this is NOT an audition and there’s no big red buzzer, it’s just an opportunity to find out more and get involved - contact us TODAY to book your time slot!
So… if you’re looking for a challenge and you’d like to know more, get in touch NOW, we’d love to hear from you so you can start YOUR singing journey!
“Everyone has a song they love singing in the car or at karaoke. We simply help them find the confidence to sing it together with others. The real transformation isn't just in their voices; it's in the friendships they build, the confidence they gain and the pride they feel when they step onto the concert stage together."
- Will Prideaux, Sing for Life project director
"We're completely in awe of the passion and dedication participants bring to this project and are incredibly grateful for their support. Every pound raised helps Sue Ryder continue to ensure that no one has to face the hardest times of their lives alone. We'd love more women to join this year's project and lend their voices to a cause that truly matters."
