Accessibility & Companion Tickets…
We want our concerts to be accessible to everyone.
For events where tickets are sold directly by Peterborough Sings!, if you are disabled or have a long-term health condition and require the assistance of another person in order to attend or access the event, you may be eligible for a companion ticket at 50% of the full ticket price.
These companion tickets are arranged directly by Peterborough Sings! and cannot be booked through our online ticketing system. Please email admin@peterboroughsings.org.uk before booking and we will explain how to arrange your tickets and can also discuss any individual access requirements.
We recognise that access requirements vary. If our standard companion ticket arrangements do not meet your needs, please contact us so that we can discuss your individual circumstances and any reasonable adjustments that may be required.
Events ticketed by our venue partners
For some of our concerts, tickets are sold directly by the venue or another ticketing partner. Where this is the case, the ticket seller’s own accessibility and companion ticket arrangements will apply. Please follow the booking link for the relevant event for details of their arrangements.
If you are unsure who is handling the ticketing for a particular concert, or would like to discuss any other access requirements relating to a Peterborough Sings! event, please contact us at admin@peterboroughsings.org.uk.
Eligibility for Peterborough Sings! companion tickets
To help us administer the scheme fairly and consistently, we may ask for appropriate evidence of your access requirements. This could include a valid Nimbus Access Card displaying the +1 symbol or other appropriate supporting evidence.
Eligibility for a companion ticket is based on the need for another person’s assistance in order to attend or access the event. Having a particular benefit, card or document does not therefore automatically establish eligibility.
We recognise that not everyone who requires assistance will hold formal evidence. If this applies to you, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your individual circumstances.
